Your communication skills were excellent. You kept us posted every step of the way and involved our whole family in most decisions including our young daughter in order to avoid any mistakes. Even when we encountered a challenge you were quick to make sure you took care of it. Your whole team was individually fantastic from the carpentry to the floor people and the painters etc... Last of all, I want to let you know I loved your spiritual nature in treating my project like it was your own. Your attention to every detail including material acquisition, carpenter and subcontractor supervision, and cost management resulted in a fabulous outcome. We were having our speculations, after having a 'not so nice' experiences in the past with home building and remodeling, but your consideration and competence made this major job a very nice experience. The result is wonderful - we love the added office, closet, laundry room and bathroom. Working with you was truly a pleasure - not what I had expected to experience on such a job. The way your superb designers manage to re-create the original atmosphere of our old home amazed and delighted us. You had the skills to tackle the difficult tasks and the taste to insist on first class workmanship. Your innovative ideas regarding elevated slab, sill support and a wood siding substitute will make this a long lasting addition with minimum maintenance. And lastly, we appreciated the job site being kept clean as we continued to live in our home during this work. Thanks again. Thanks for your help in painting our home in Sherman Oaks. As usual, the project came in on budget and about two weeks ahead of schedule. Your painting crew was always on time, put up with the small obstacles on the way (our kids and dog...), and were always ready with a smile to comply to our changes. your crew seemed to find nothing extraordinary about our directions. They were flexible and creative, at time offering enterprising solutions to the project.

Now, the house looks well kept; the windows are tightly caulked and we are very happy with the new look of our home.
